Like all charities, COVID-19 has had a huge impact on us. We have seen the need for our work increase whilst fundraising and donations have decreased.
The Local Giving Foundation has stepped up to help! Between 23rd of October and 9th of November donations to us made through this fund will be doubled through the £1m Coronavirus Match Fund, it is however time-limited and time is quickly ticking away.
Right now any donation you make to help improve the lives of children with hydrocephalus will be doubled. For example, it costs £10.00 to buy a child-friendly book to help explain hydrocephalus to a child who has just been diagnosed. Through this fund a £5 donation turns into £10- meaning we can buy a child that vital book!
