Hydro-Siblings

Having a brother or sister with hydrocephalus can be difficult; sometimes they may have to spend time in hospital, or become unwell often. Sometimes you may not understand what or why things are happening. Sometimes plans may change. You may feel different emotions such as worry, stress, anger or also proudness, relief, protectiveness, and sometimes these feelings may change or mix together!

Always remember you are not alone.

We are also always looking for young people to share their experience of having a brother or sister with hydrocephalus or tips that you have found useful. Please feel free to email vicki@harrys-hat.org with your ideas.

Look out for our sibling events which are advertised on our events page
